Find your own perspective
Explore a day, week, month or year, then choose a bar, line, pie or plot chart. Switch between expenses, income and refunds. Transfers stay out of these totals, and refunds reduce net spending. Category breakdowns and readable data tables sit alongside your charts.

Choose Original Green or Original Green Dark, plus Weeklight’s Light, Pink, Dark, Midnight and Midnight Pink. Screens, charts, widgets and Live Activities follow your choice. Open Settings → Appearance → Theme in the app.

Changes are saved locally and queued for iCloud automatically. Use the sync button beside Add and Settings to request a cloud check. Compatible changes merge automatically; overlapping edits appear in Review iCloud changes so you can choose what to keep. Delivery depends on your connection and iCloud.
The person behind the entry
Shared Book transactions show the recorded contributor in a small detail. Open the entry for its original creation time and attached receipt. Set an optional name in Settings for future entries; older entries without attribution are marked as not recorded.
Categories that fit your life
Create your own expense and income categories from the transaction editor. Each Book keeps its categories with its records, so collaborators can use the same names.
A little note of everyday life
Save an expense with an amount and account. Add a category, tag or note when it helps. Photograph your receipt, or attach one from Photos or Files. Review recognized receipt text before saving. Open attached images full screen and zoom into the details. Saving waits for a selected photo to finish loading.
A Book for every purpose
Separate your everyday spending, a holiday or a household. Give each Book its own currency, accounts and budget. Keep it personal, or invite people to share a Book through iCloud.
Your accounts, your names
Give your cash, bank or card account a nickname you recognize. Each expense belongs to the account you choose, so separate balances stay separate.
Know where you stand
Plan weekly, monthly or around payday. Track upcoming bills, budget rollover and savings goals alongside the expenses you’ve recorded. These are planning tools, not live bank balances.
The detail behind the total
Open any recent transaction to see its account, category, date and receipt. Search your history and make corrections. New entries keep their original contributor and creation time when edited; shared rows show who added them when that information is available.
A shorter path to adding
Set up Back Tap to open Quick Add, and choose widgets for useful glances. An optional Apple Pay transaction automation can pass supported purchase details to Pennyhush. One-time setup in Shortcuts is required.

Keep local Books on your iPhone or use iCloud Books. Optional device authentication protects access. Sharing happens by invitation; the people you invite can see that Book.
Room to take your records with you
Export a Book as CSV or a backup file. Import CSV records with field mapping and a review step. Your financial records remain yours to organize and keep.
